Meg E. Davidson is majority owner of Borthwick Associates, Inc. and Earlwick, Inc., General Partner to Borthwick Partners Fund. She graduated from Valparaiso University with a B.S. in Business Administration - Finance in 1983. After spending two years working in compliance for the commodities industry (Best Commodities located in Chicago, Illinois), she joined Borthwick Associates  in 1985. Meg employs a combination fundamental/technical approach to stock selection with an emphasis on the PE to growth valuation model. She credits her passion for growth investing to her 20 year career working under the guidance of Earl B. Hagberg, founder of Borthwick Associates. Together Meg and Earl developed Borthwick Partners Fund Limited Partnership. Borthwick Partners Fund allows clients with smaller amounts of capital to experience the benefits of professional management through a shared growth portfolio. Thomas R. Flaig, CFA joined Borthwick Associates in April 2000 and moved into the role of President in February 2005. Tom oversees many of the firm's individually managed accounts and handles client relations. Tom has extensive investment experience, having served as a portfolio manager and analyst at Legacy Asset Management and Sears Investment Management Company. In addition, Tom was a Vice-President for Goldman Sachs Chicago office where he was involved in institutional research sales for the Midwest region. Tom is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the CFA Institute of Chicago (CFASC). As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Tom has an MBA in Finance. Jorie L. Pitt, CFP(R) joined the Borthwick team in May of 2005 and is our resident Certified Financial Planner.  Jorie is a 2003 graduate of the University of Illinois where she earned a B.S. in Communications and was a Chick Evans Scholarship Recipient.  Jorie is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) as well as the Professional Women's Club of Chicago (PWCC).   Before joining Borthwick, Jorie worked as an Account Executive at Axiom Advertising where she co-managed a major automotive industry account. Additionally, Jorie worked as an Executive Assistant at Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering where she was able to apply her marketing and event planning skills.  Jorie may be contacted directly at joriepitt@ameritech.net.

Lisa K. Forrester was welcomed to the Borthwick team in February of 2007 as the Operations Manager. Lisa brings to Borthwick both strong project management and organizational skills. She spent the past 13 years with Procter & Gamble as a manager for their Retail Services Group. There she hired, trained and managed a group of sales and merchandising professionals. She also did extensive work on special team projects that fostered stronger partnerships with area retailers that resulted in building both their business and organizational capacity. Prior to that, Lisa was a sales representative for Western Publishing, Inc. Lisa resides in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. She is married with 2 children and 1 grandchild.  Lisa may be contacted at lforrester@ameritech.net.
